As a Data Analyst and PFSA-certified recruiter, I founded Stat Scout in 2023 to enable all clubs to leverage data in recruiting the best players for THEIR ambitions.
The reality is clear: without data, there's no objectivity! Data underpins recruitment, helping validate or rule out initial targets set by coaches, recruiters, and sporting directors.
Journey:
Trained in Data Analysis, Marketing, and Communication, I've lent my expertise to professional football clubs like FC Stade Lausanne-Ouchy in the Swiss Super League.
Since 2021, I'm also a PFSA-certified recruiter (UK).
